Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid KundliGiva reports are generated as soon as CCAvenue confirms the payment. Because the report is delivered immediately, a completed report is not refunded.

When we refund

If the money is taken and the report does not open, email astrogautamdk@gmail.com within 7 days. Include the payment reference and the email used at checkout. We will open the report for you, or refund the amount paid for that order.

What is not refunded

A report that has already opened is not refunded because you disagreed with the reading, entered a different birth time later, or changed your mind. Free tools have no charge and nothing to refund.

How to ask

Use the email above, or the contact page. WhatsApp messages about a failed payment should include the same payment reference.
